She is survived by: her children, Leslie West (J. C.), Dean Maksimowicz, Kristi Camasta (Frank) and Natalie Maksimowicz; her grandchildren, Lakin, Jeffrey, Joren, Laci West, Giovanni and Luca Camasta; and her siblings, Jerry Dorn and Norma Malecek.
