Scott Allen Burns Obituary

We are sad to announce that on September 22, 2023, at the age of 45, Scott Allen Burns of Marion, Indiana, born in Lansing, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Patrick Burns; his grandfathers, Darwin Christensen (Pauline) and Robert Burns (Beatrice); and his adoptive father Terry Johnson. He is survived by: his mother Cathy D. Patterson (Christensen); his children, Joseph Scott Burns and Audrey Ghannam; his fiancé Andrea Wert; his siblings, Jacob Burns, Thomas Burns, Robert Burns, Christine Trine (Cortney), Jennifer Smith, Sarah Rinker and Jessica Martinez (Julian); his grandson Keaton Heim; his adoptive mother Kathleen Johnson; his close friends, Adam Binkerd, Ben Conrad and Christopher Sherron; and his mother-in-law Julie Peiffer. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, and friends.
