He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Evans, Hayward Evans (April) of Marion and Patrick Dale of Marion; his grandchildren, Prestynn Evans, Liberty Evans, Joshua Evans and Lisa Poole; and his sister Helen Spears of Appalachia, VA. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
