He was predeceased by: his parents, William J. Kelly and Weimar M. Kelly (Tharp); his wife Linda Kelly (Swisher); his siblings, Jonetta Adams, Sara Yates, Barbara Ann Kelly and Rex Kelly; and his great grandchild Elliot Yenaz.
He is survived by: his sons, Ross Kelly Jr. (Gayle) of Warsaw and Brian Kelly (Tammy) of Milford; his grandchildren, Brandon Kelly, Shelby Kelly, Brooke Kelly, Raymond Silva, Jennica Silva, Brendan Crisman, Aaron Silva, Alicia Baxter and Jonathan Seidner; his great grandchildren, Brayanna Kelly, Cameron Raffield, Brandon Kelly Jr., Barrett Kelly, Jax Kelly, Mason Seidner, Maddox Seidner, Bane Rogers, Bobby Jordan, Christina Grossman and Sam Martin; his brothers, Dave Kelly, Jack Kelly and Mike Kelly; and his nephew Randy Adams.
