He was predeceased by: his daughter Lillie C. Mitchell; his father Jerry L. Mitchell; and his stepmother Marilyn Mitchell. He is survived by: his wife Carmen M. Mitchell; his son Patrick L. Mitchell (Casey); his mother Mary Ellen Orem; his siblings, Michael Mitchell (Becky), Ellen Mitchell of Gas City, Lynn Mitchell of Gas City, Jan Gerstorff of Gas City, Kami Dilts, Shelly Tenbusch (Stan) and Marion; and his grandchildren, Dillon, Raylee and Aurora.
