He is survived by: his father Harold Ainsworth of Fort Wayne; his children, Neil Ainsworth, Jr. (Heidi) of Gas City, Traci Ann of Fort Wayne, Zachary Conaway-Blackwell (Sophie) of Marion and Addison Warren of Marion; his grandchildren, Mason, Braydon and Addyson; and his siblings, Harold Ainsworth, Jr. (Tina) of Patoka, IL and Lynnette Enyeart of Marion. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, North Chapel (1341 N Baldwin Ave, Marion, IN 46952). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
