It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of LouEda Surfus of Marion, Indiana, born in Peru, Indiana, who passed away on May 15, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis W. Prine and Martelle Prine (Ferree); her siblings, Carol Watson, Marcine Robertson and Richard Prine; and her son-in-law Ronald Moser.
She is survived by: her husband Delbert D. Surfus, Sr.; her children, D. Dan Surfus (Sara) of North Webster, Cheri Moser-Coomer (Timothy) of Corydon, Tamera Zerfass-Bingham (Tom) of Huntington and Michele Henry (David) of Marion; and her sister Janet Heare (Robert) of Fort Wayne. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
