He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Powell and Ferol Powell (Thompson); his wife Norma J. Powell (Schie); and his daughter Sharen Elizabeth Tibbets. He is survived by: his daughter Elenora E. Powell (Cassandra) of Marion; his grandchildren, Makayla Franks (Kyle) of Marion, Becca Powell, Gabriel Tibbets (Victoria) of Marion and Ardeth Tibbets of Rushville; his great grandchildren, Stella, Nova and A. J.; and his siblings, Vanessa R. Vires of Marion and Michael Powell (Terry) of Marion. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
