He was predeceased by : his parents, William Welker and Rosetta Welker (Moon). He is survived by : his wife, Brenda ; his children, Steve Welker (Diane), Fort Wayne, Jeremy Welker (Alyson), Ashley Eddy (George Price), Heather Waggoner (Cody) ; his grandchildren, Kayla Welker, Alex Welker, Erika Welker, Bailey Waggoner, his siblings, Connie Fritch of Van Buren, Michael Welker of Van Buren.
