Julio Dayne Matamoros Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Julio Dayne Matamoros of Marion, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 22, 2025 at the age of 17. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandfather Gary G. Landrum. He is survived by: his parents, Julio Matamoros (Janna) and Corinne Rose (Landrum); his siblings, Dalton Landrum, Ryder Rose, Darah Watson and Jessa Gearhart; his girlfriend Cali Gann; his nephews, Avahni and Juni; his niece Navy; his grandparents, Karen Nichols, Jeronimo Matamoros (Luz Maria Hernandez) and Joel Gearhart; his great-grandparent Ed Hoover; his aunts and uncles, Brett Nichols (Brittany), Craig Landrum, Seth Gearhart, Adam Gearhart, Issac Gearhart, Angel Matamoros, Manuel Matamoros (Lizzie), Angelica Matamoros and Marissa Gearhart; and his cousins, River, Aspen, Luzma, Emilio, Juanie and Samantha. He is also survived by friends and distant family members.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Brookhaven Wesleyan Church (2960 E 38th St, Marion, IN 46953). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
