He was predeceased by: his parents, Zack Buckler and Virginia Buckler (Lowden); his stepmother Mary Buckler; his sisters, Bonnie Brubaker and Gloria Fones (Dean); his great grandchild Elijah Michael Davis; his wife Shirley Mae Buckler (Spence) of Marion; his daughter Virginia Belle Buckler Brown (Buckler) of Marion, Indiana; and his brother Zach T. Buckler.
He is survived by: his sons, David W. Buckler (Melissa) of Marion, Indiana and John E. Buckler (Leticia) of Marion, Indiana; his grandchildren, Becky Davis, Deric, Diane Brown, Holly, David, Patrick, Joel, Jaydon Buckler, Jason, Ethan Shrout and Nevaeh Arnold; and his great grandchildren, Alandra King, Adrienne, Charlotte Davis, Ezra, Adelaide, Samuel, Vivianna Buckler, Emma, Sophie Brown and Avery Shrout.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in honor of Joe to Lighthouse Assembly of God.
