He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Dickensheet and Irene Dickensheet (Huffman); his wife Judy Dotterweich; his brothers, James Dickensheet and Bobby J Dickensheet; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Williams and Wayne Brown.
He is survived by: his children, Joseph Dickensheet Jr. (Linda), Heather Koons (Scott) and Amanda Dotterweich; his grandchildren, Joshua, Justin, Carter, Madison, Kaitlyn, Anthony, Harrison, Carissa, Spencer, Amanda, Christa and Steven; his great grandchildren, Khalil, Kensingtan, Paetyn, Emmersyn, Crimson, Callen, Caleb and Atlas; his sister Donna Williams; his sisters-in-law, Linda Dickensheet, Patty Brown and Sue Gregory (Bones); and his close friend Sam Eib.
