He was predeceased by: his father Johnnie A. Browning, Sr.; his sister Ruby Ann Browning; and his significant other Vickie Wohlheter. He is survived by: his mother Geraldine Edwards (Brooks); his children, Aaron Browning of Marion and Amanda Adams (Nick); his grandchildren, Victoria Adams and Nathaniel Adams; and his sisters, Valery Ann May of Marion, Mary Ann Duncan (Jeffrey) of Jalapa, Darlene Ann Messick of Seffner, FL, Rebecca Colmenero of Marion and Crystal Golding of Herbst. He is also survived by his family and friends.
