She was predeceased by: her mother Florence Middleton; and her sons, Mike Horn and William Horn. She is survived by: her children, Phillip Horn of Marion and Penny M. Brown of Marion; and her grandchildren, Matthew Brown (Jenni) of Van Buren, Skyler Leffingwell, Kevin Silver, Jeff Silver, Heather Horn, Brittany Williams and Megan Horn.
