She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Rowe and Helen Rowe (Harless); her daughter Donita Banter; her siblings, Norma McAllister, Sharon Harless and Jeff Harless; and her grandson Derek Comer.
She is survived by: her husband Phillip Hale; her sons, Gregory Adkins Muncie (Bruce Carter), Jimmy Michael Adkins Jr., Kevin Adkins (Angel) and Tim Hale (Nancy); and her siblings, Annette Rowe and Brian Rowe. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren.
