Garrett formerly of Marion, Indiana, born in Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on March 15, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Arthur Garrett. He is survived by: his wife Kathie L. Garrett (Burch); his children, Donovan A. Garrett (Jennifer) and Melissa A. Roesly (Stephen); his siblings, Arthur G. Garrett of Marion, George V. Garrett (Anne) of Marion, Faye Joyce of Marion, Patsy Fields (Keith) of Marion, Sharon Daniel (Jack), Wanda Thompson (Kenny) and Marcia Collins; his grandson Maxwell James Garrett; and his siblings, Stephen Roesly, III, Jenna Roesly, Harrision Roesly and Liv Roesly.
