With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James Edward Whiteman Jr. of Marion, Indiana, who passed away on May 4, 2023 at the age of 60. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James E. Whiteman, Sr. and Mary Ezernack-Cruz (Ricks); and his stepfather Joseph Ezernack. He is survived by: his son Kyle Ray Whiteman (Amber) of Marion; his grandchildren, Kaya Whiteman, Korben Whiteman and Kreo Whiteman; his siblings, Darla Turner (Doug) of Marion, Jerry Sollars of Marion and Brian Cruz of Peru; his uncles, Russell Ricks (Lisa) of Greentown and William "Rick" Ricks (Annie) of Fairmount; and his aunt Patricia Vest (Curtis) of Marion. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins; and several good friends.
