He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Ferguson and Flora Ferguson (Hamilton); his wife Cindy Ferguson; and his siblings, Willadean Webb, Marvin, Emrey Ferguson, Anna Coscia, Carma Jean Red, Barbara Armes, Mary Spicer, Joy Waters and Berniece Ferguson.

He is survived by: his children, Elrie Ferguson (Rose) and Jennifer Jeffries; his stepchildren, David Shirley and Crystsal Johnson; and his grandchildren, Tory and Aaron Jeffries.
