He was predeceased by: his parents, Harrison, Sr. Francis and Reanie Francis; and his siblings, Coy, Hastel, Hobert "Bud", Hubert, Donna Disney and Dale Bell.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Dobson; his sons, Paul Francis (Frances) and Larry Francis (Elizabeth); and his grandchildren, Michael Francis (Gena), Andrea Osterman (James) and Nichole Thomas (Zack). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
