He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Weaver and Marjorie Weaver (Harreld); his wife Martha Weaver; and his daughter Carol René Anderson (Bruce). He is survived by: his children, Danny W. Weaver of Buffalo, NY and Rhoda Ormsby of Gas City; and his grandchildren, Carmen Fleck (Brad) of Urbana, Curt Anderson (Amber) of Daleville, Carrie Anderson of Wickenburg, AZ, Lynsey McIntyre (Josh) of Hartford City, Mya Ormsby of Gas City, Rachel Weaver, Danny Weaver, Jr. and Rebecca Weaver. He is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
