He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Stinger and Evelyn Stinger (Wirsing); his wife Carolyn; his daughter Julie; his brothers, Harry, Edgar and Richard; and his daughter-in-law Marcia Stinger.
He is survived by: his children, Bev Lindemann (Jim Bonnett) of Trent Woods, NC, Cindy Howard (Tom) of Martinsville and Gary Stinger; his brother John; his grandchildren, Ben, Ann Lindemann, Erica Pritchard and Richard Howard; and his great grandchildren, Luke Lindemann, Levi Veneziano, Cameron and Avery Pritchard.
