She is survived by: her husband John Shook; her children, Amber Huber (Hans), Chanda Boyd, Brandon Shook (Jennifer), Christa Sokic (Bruno), Cory Shook (Jaymie), Ashlee Dixon (Chad), Holly McGriff (Mike) and Nicholas Shook (Ashley); and her siblings, Melinda Duchaine (Daryl), Vicky Sparks (David) and Tony Miller.
