She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Cook and Dorothy Cook. She is survived by: her husband Dr. James Camarata; her children, Anthony (Sara), Lisa (Roy) and James Thomas (Tracy); her sister Lynnette Stephens (Hobart); and her grandchildren, Erica, Sammy, Olivia and Vincent.
