Hayes of Muncie; his children, Jared Hayes (Stacey) of Dayton, OH and Dr. Maria Tester (Erik) of Muncie; his granddaughter Olivia Rae Hayes of Dayton, OH; his great grandchildren, Jude, Rory, Laurence and Sylvia; his siblings, Jerry Hays (Susan) of Muncie, Tommy Hays (Cindy) of Richmond, TX, Allan Hays (Carey) of Yucca Valley, CA and Shirley Bowden (Mike) of Muncie; his adoptive son Bobby Eiler of Muncie; his nephews, John Jones and Ashley Hays; and also, Mendy Webb and Audrey Van Brunt.
