He is survived by: his mother Janice Kendall (Dyer); his caregiver Jennifer Palmer; his aunts and uncles, Vickie Sullivan (Timothy), Aileen Jackson, Eugene Weaver, Doren Kendall, Gene Kendall and Bob Kendall; and his cousins, Gary Henry, Dean Henry, Michael Henry, Eric Dyer and Christine.
