He was predeceased by: his spouse Carolin I. May; his parents, Ralph E. May and Edna May (Carolin I. May); and his sisters, Patty Dickey and Betty Lou May.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Groff of San Diego, CA, Chris May of Van Buren, IN, Bobbi Stone (Hank) of Bloomington, IL and Todd May (Sherrie) of Hoagland, IN; his grandchildren, Taylor Groff of Kewanna, IN, Quinn Groff of Santee, CA, Elizabeth Stone of Bloomington, IL, Nicholas Stone of Bloomington, IL, Randall Dearing of New Haven, IN and Stephanie May of Hoagland, IN; and his brother-in-law James "Jim" Dickey of Hartford City. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Walker & Glancy Funeral Home (109 W Windsor St, Montpelier, IN 47359). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
