It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles E. Richards (Marion, Indiana), who passed away on August 16, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl E. Richards and Virginia M. Richards (Baker); his wife Mary Anna Herring; his siblings, Martin Richards and Mary Richards; and his parents-in-law, Cornelis Van Tuil, Cindy Richards, Beverly, Ray Holzheuer, Lewis, Leis, Sonny, Charles, Chuck, Joanie and Richard "Dick" Herring.
He is survived by: his children, Ronald Richards (Amanda) and Anna Cronkhite (Michael); his grandchildren, Matthew (Kathryn), Aubrey (Zach), Devin (Madyson), Sophie and Robert; his great grandchildren, Laelyn, Hazel and Keegan; his siblings, Marjorie Van Tuil, Martha Rector (Ron), Marilyn Jessie (Mike), Jim Richards (Cheryl), Kenneth Richards (Kim) and Mark Richards (Patty); and his brother-in-law Jerry Herring (Judy).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to the Food Pantry at Sunnycrest Community Church in care of the funeral home.
