He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Eastes of Gas City; his sons, Brandt Eastes and Brock Eastes of Van Buren, IN; his granddaughters, Burkli Eastes and Brixley Eastes; his brothers, Joe Eastes, Brad Eastes (Shari) and Chad Eastes (Sunday); and his caregiver Joy Boothby.
