He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Edward Eastes and Marilyn Louise Eastes (James); and his sister Tracy Jones. He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Eastes of Gas City; his sons, Brandt Eastes and Brock Eastes of Van Buren, IN; his granddaughters, Burkli Eastes and Brixley Eastes; his brothers, Joe Eastes, Brad Eastes (Shari) and Chad Eastes (Sunday); and his caregiver Joy Boothby.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral & Cremation Service, Storey Chapel (400 E Main St, Gas City, IN 46933). A funeral service was held on Sunday, November 10th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Marion National Cemetery (1700 E 38th St, Marion, IN 46953).
