She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Stephens and Ruth Stephens (Tincher); her husband Fred P. Cunningham; her brother-in-law J. Will Holloway; and her siblings, Carolyn Holmes (Bill) and Dale Stephens.
She is survived by: her siblings, Nikki Rinker (Dennis) of Marion, Mary Ann Holloway of Marion and Charles Stephens (Bernice) of Marion; and her sisters-in-law, JoEllen Stephens of Marion, Becky Schaffer of Marion and Nancy Jo Jones of Gas City. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
