He is survived by: his wife Jari Mill; his children, Christian Michelsen of Tromso, Norway, Alexander Michelsen of Tromso, Norway and Melissa Moss (Austin); his grandchildren, Emma, Halsey, Daition, Dawson and Hayden; and his brothers, Thomas (Marion) of Germany, Daniel of Germany and Simon Fischer of Germany.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a hospice organization of the donor's choice.
