She is survived by: her husband James A. Spurgon; her children, Dr. Stacey Hunt (David) and Dr. Ian Henry (Kirstin Eismin); her stepchildren, Jacqueline Goodwin (Bryan), Kevin Spurgon (Janice), Chad Spurgon, William "Billy" Henry (Allegra Churchill) and Charles Faulkner; and her siblings, Daisy A. Dodson and Albert Stevenson (Bettye). She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and countless nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
