Collins (Dawn) of LaFontaine and Diana Hodge of Marion, Indiana; her grandchildren, Amber Collins, Sarah Reason (Shawn), Luke Hodge (Kristin), Adam Hodge (Katie), Jennifer Collins, Marissa Ulrich (Brian) and Barbara Williamson; her great grandchildren, Blake Hodge, Cyrus Warner, Lily Hodge, Cory Rice Jr., Wyatt Hodge, Dessie Norwood, Sebastian Ulrich, Patric Collins, Alana Sheppard (Perfecto), Jade Hodge and Hayden Lawson; her great great grandchildren, Josephine Hodge and Adalynn Hanthorn; her siblings, Patricia McAfee (Doug), Mary Smith (Max), Robert Hankins (Pat) and Linda Smith; and her great grandchild Elijah Beene.
