She was predeceased by: her parents, Crit Perry and Ada Perry; her husband Bob; and her siblings, Ed, Ansel Perry and Bobbie Jean.
She is survived by: her siblings, Loraine Tarrant, Roger Perry, Diane Adler and Linda Bishop; her children, Kathy Black (Ron Storer), Donna Bridenthal (George), Tammy Bragg (Fred Long), Carolyn Carter (Mike) and Perry Maggard (Lori); and her grandchildren, Amy Silverthorne (Ty), Jamie William (Niko), Christy Bortone (Mike), Adrienne Fillenworth, Brittany Pelz (Zac), Megan Cole (David), Tyler Bridenthal (Tisha), Jessica Nelson and Kayla Maggard.
