He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Carol Cooper (Pat) of North Salem; his wife Pat Hooten; his children, Roscoe Jacob Hooten III (Jill) of Bloomington, Indiana and Krista Marie Finklea (Josh) of Conway; his grandchildren, Clay, Mackenzie, Abbey, Tate Finklea, Madeline and Jacob Hooten; and his siblings, Suzanne McClanahan, Mary Ann Hooten-Bivens, Elizabeth Clark and Dwight Hooten. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
