He is survived by: his wife Helen Montgomery (Meek); his children, Nancy Nelson (Lonnie) and Racheal Blankenship (Jim); his stepsons, Michael Montgomery and Greg Montgomery; and his grandchildren, Kennon, Stacy Nelson, Montana, Leilla Blankenship, Briana, Brandi Montgomery, Samantha and Ashley Montgomery.
