It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Earl Harris of Marengo, Indiana, who passed away on March 7, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Harris and Gracie Harris (Adams); and his siblings, Cecil, James, Mike Harris and Joanie Hacker.
He is survived by: his wife Helen L. Harris; his children, Billy J. Harris (Mindy) of Milltown, Indiana and Renita McMonigle (Jim) of Marengo, Indiana; his grandchildren, Durham Harris of Bloomington, Ethan McMonigle of Marengo, Derek Harris of Bloomington and Emily McMonigle of Marengo, Indiana; and his siblings, Larry of New Salisbury, Joe Harris of New Salisbury, Harold Harris of Jeffersonville, Indiana, Marie Bolen of New Salisbury, Mary Ann Bary of New Salisbury, Louise Harris of New Salisbury and Donna Harris of Jasper, Indiana..
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at 5248 S County Rd 640 E, Hardinsburg, IN 47125. A funeral service will be held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Little Mission Church (5226 S County Rd 640 E, Hardinsburg, IN 47125).
