Donnie R. Dunaway Sr. Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donnie R. Dunaway Sr. of Marengo, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 27, 2025 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Donnie R. Dunaway Sr. to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Dunaway and Sadie Dunaway (Ashcraft); and his siblings, Marvin, Algin, Troy Jr., James Dunaway, Faye Walls, Ada Faith and Freida Dunaway.
He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Dunaway; his children, Donnie Dunaway Jr., Edward Dunaway, Michael A. Dunaway, Rhea Satterfield (Loren) and Christina Vowels (Chris); and his siblings, Tommy Dunaway, Gladys Brackett, Liz Morganette and Cathy Drapeau. He is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Brown Funeral Home (306 Spring St, Milltown, IN 47145). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be given to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
