He is survived by: his wife Tina Higdon; his children, Michael Higdon (Wendy) and Amy Fisher (Travis); his stepson Michael Stephens; his siblings, Debbie Rowe (Herb), Terri Wilson (Doug) and Steve Higdon; his grandson Tyler Fisher; his friend Gregory Stephens; and his pet Cooper.
