We are sad to announce that on July 15, 2023, at the age of 82, Delmer L. Shelton of Marengo, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rollie Shelton and Etta Jane Shelton (Lewis); his daughter Lisa D. Schotter; and his siblings, Delphi Marie Elswick, Dan, Ray, Bill and Bennie.

He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Shelton (Stroud) of Marengo, Indiana; his daughter Kelli R. Slaughterback (Dale) of Marengo, Indiana; his brother Dale Shelton of Leavenworth, Indiana; his grandchildren, Lindsey Manship (Tyler), Allison Pirtle (Justin) and Laci Lynton (Ryan); and his great grandchildren, Landon Smith, Lisa Sue Manship and Etta Jane Manship.

Memorial contributions can be made to: Todd-Dickey Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
