He was predeceased by: his parent Carrol Jr. Flick. He is survived by: his mother Vonda Flick (Hatfield) of Paoli; his close friend Janet Thompson-Marengo; and his siblings, Carolyn Shephard of Dubois, Allen Flick of French Lick, Larry G. Flick of French Lick and Darrell Flick of French Lick.
