She is survived by: her parent Anna Lee Apple (Allen) of Paoli, Indiana; her daughter Kathy Jo House (Danny) of Marengo, Indiana; her grandsons, Ryan Lee Griffith (Jess) of Marengo and Anthony Tyler Griffith (Madison) of Fairfield, Connecticut; her stepgrandchildren, Jonathan House (Sarah) of Milltown and Heidi Morris (Larry) of Alton, Indiana; her stepgreat-grandchildren, Riley, Raelyn House, Conner, Wyatt Morris and Ethan Hopper; her siblings, Thomas "Bub" Scott (Diane) of Paoli, Indiana and Susan E. Nalley of Paoli, Indiana; and her half-sisters, Amy Gowan (Ronnie) of Paoli, Indiana, Lisa Kameda (Scott) of Paoli, Indiana and Laura Harkness (Mike) of Paoli, Indiana. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
