With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ralph E. Baker of Manilla, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, who passed away on December 1, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Eugene Baker and Marie Anna-Amanda Baker (Grahn); his wife Carolyn J. Baker (Schwier); and his siblings, Gene Baker, Peggy Ewing and Patricia Smith.

He is survived by: his children, Christina Ramey of Shelbyville, Gary Baker of Rushville, Edward Baker (Judith) of Waldron and Jessica Wickizer (Keith) of Manilla. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.

Memorial contributions can be made to National Kidney Foundation or Gentiva Hospice in care of the funeral home.
