He was predeceased by: his parent Evelyn Tapley (Pryor); and his siblings, Thomas Cadwallader, Brenda S. Barnes and Elizabeth Pinon. He is survived by: his wife Jerri Cadwallader (Dulworth); his daughters, Amanda Davis (John) of Knightstown and Lisa Pharis (Josh) of Rushville; his siblings, Harry Cadwallader, Gary Burton, Sylvia Johnson, Linda Moore (Terry), Jackie Schnautz (Dan), Teresa Davis and Laura Swejkar; and his grandchildren, Hannah Schwyn, Gracie Pharis, Avanly Pharis, Levi Pharis and Will Davis.
Memorial contributions may be made to Kiwanis's Club of Rush County in memory of Bill.
