He is survived by: his mother Margaret Helen Fisher Sage of Madison, Indiana; his wife Linda M. Claflin Sage of Madison, Indiana; his daughter Alison J. Sutton (Ric) of Atlanta, Georgia; his sister Sherri L. Sage of Madison, Indiana; his sister-in-law Emma Deveary of Madison, Indiana; and his uncle Glen Fisher of Bedford, Kentucky.
