He is survived by: his mother Linda Carol Carter Phillips of Madison, Indiana; his brother Tim Carter (Judy) of Walton, Kentucky; his nieces and nephews, Jacob Carter, Devin Carter (Bethany), Brittany Carter and Brianna Carter; his aunts, Darlene Wright of Carrollton and Wanda Mefford of Carrollton, Kentucky; and his uncle Paul Carter of Madison, Indiana.
