He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson C. Foss and Edith Foss (Berger); his wife Maria Bernardi of Camden, NJ.; his brother Jerry Foss; and his brother-in-law Anthony Bernardi.
He is survived by: his children, Charisa McMahon (Terrence) of Madison, IN, Dylan Foss and O. D. (Megan) of Oshkosh, WI; his grandchildren, Hayden (Savannah), Gabriel, Eoin, Gavin, Julian, Maria, Clare, Lucy and Joseph; his sister Judy Davis (Ed) of Rotunda West, FL; and his sister-in-law Francine Bernardi of Southampton, NJ..
