He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann "Pat" Phillips; his daughter Terri Davis; his great grandchild Kloe Taylor; his grandchildren, Tiffany Taylor, Taylor Davis, Jack Steiner, Jr. (Sarah) and Megan Karaus (Brian); his sister Patty Hayes; his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Phillips and Karen Martin; and his close friends, Jack and Jean Steiner. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
