She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl L. Weis and Minerva M. Crozier Weis Sauer; her husband Donald Albert Hummel; her daughter Angela Jeanne Hummel Flint; her stepfather Frederick H. Sauer; and her sons-in-law, Larry Wayne Northern, Sr., Samuel George "Sam" Ferguson and Robbie Dale Flint.
She is survived by: her daughters, Donna H. Northern of Madison and Linda K. Cheatham (Mark) of Madison, Indiana; her grandchildren, Robert Dirk Flint (Nicole), Andrew K. Flint (Katlin), Anna Camille "Cami" Ferguson Helton (Kyle) and Samuel J. Ferguson (Tess); her great grandchildren, Collin, Axden, Finn and Luke; her stepgrandchildren, Larry Wayne Northern, Jr., Beverly Brison, Tom Cheatham (Traci), Jennifer Cheatham Neff (Erich) and Kyle Cheatham (Melissa); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Cody Northern, Shelby Speer, Lexi Eagle, Bri Brison, Katelynn Disbro, Alexa, Claire, Adi Cheatham, Jack, Kate Neff, Cole, Grayson and Ella Cheatham; her sister Grace Mary Weis Aich of North Vernon, Indiana; and her sister-in-law Janet Weis of Albuquerque. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
