She is survived by: her mother Patricia "Pat" Dunford Kollman; her husband Dr. Richard Lookatch of Madison, Indiana; her sister Debbie Vandercook; her daughter Stephanie McGovern (Joe); her stepchildren, Sara Lookatch-Kraft (Matt), William Lookatch Samantha Lookatch (Kristin) and Alexander Lookatch (Becky); her grandchildren, Daxton McGovern, Sofia Lookatch, Walter Lookatch, Avery Lookatch, Madeline Lookatch and Harper Lookatch; and her extended family, Cathy, Bobbi, Eric, Drew, Mary and Nate Warren.
