She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kayla Mullins (Trenton Anderson) of Madison, Indiana and Dennis O'Neal of McAlester, Oklahoma; her great grandchildren, Aubryonna O'Neal, Augustus Anderson, Owen Anderson and Wyatt Anderson; and her daughter-in-law Karla Mullins of McAlester, Oklahoma. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other relatives.
